The VSA's Online Dispute Resolution platform -
Connector
- provides the online dispute resolution service (“ODR”) as an online tool to assist consumers and licensees in reaching a mutually agreeable resolution to disputes as described below.
Participation in this process is voluntary.
Communications between the parties, documents uploaded in ODR platform and any details of the agreements arising out of the ODR platform are confidential.
If, after participating in the ODR, the dispute is not resolved, the parties may use documents or materials obtained while participating in the ODR in support of or in response to a complaint to the VSA, or in legal proceedings.
